Continuous integration and continuous delivery in regulated financial software environments must satisfy requirements that extend beyond standard software engineering practice, including change management controls, deployment audit trails, segregation of duties enforcement, and rollback capability within regulatory timeframes. This paper presents a design framework for Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines that satisfy these requirements while maintaining deployment velocity in enterprise financial software organizations.
